    The only time there will be 40k fans at Target Field is the weekend when the Savannah Bananas are in town. I did not get selected in the lottery for tix.

    I remember all too well playing in nights like this we had to play out in high school... Never fun when you're wet and cold trying to stay warm and loose for a competition.

    I got drenched walking my dog about an hour ago. I wouldn't want to spend the next 2-3 hours outside and pay money to do it.

    One of those "get the game over with" type of nights. I guarantee there are more Twins employees on site than actual fans. Rain all day long and cold weather.

    Some people can’t be reasoned with. RpR would have benched rookie Tony Oliva for 29 year old Jim Snyder in 1962.

    Have you noticed that we’re on pace to miss the playoffs in 5 out of the last 6 years? In an era of baseball where literally being slightly above .500 punches your ticket to the big dance. We have been relying on these 1 year band aids that don’t do anything but keep an organization in purgatory. You may not like it but we have to get worse in order to get better by playing younger players. We’re stuck in sports purgatory otherwise winning 75-80 games not accomplishing anything.

    If that person is Marco Raya instead of Taylor Rogers who cares? Marco Raya is at least 23 years old with a future.

    You release Rogers for anyone that could be a solution for the 2027 bullpen. He was a classic Twins nostalgia signing anyway. It’s not working out and likely not gonna get much better

    I don’t because he made public comments about NOT wanting to play 2B. He’s played 1 career game at the position in 2024. We needed him to do spot duty at 2B in September 2023 and he refused.
