    September is a great time of year. Baseball's in the hunt for October, football is back, and new fall TV shows. There's the tried and true TV shows like Modern Family that I've watched for years... Gotham season 3, where they hopefully don't fly off the rails again... The Blacklist... Along with new shows such as "Designated Survivor" with Kiefer Sutherland, "The Good Place" starring Kristen Bell and Ted Danson, or "High Maintenance" on HBO. What's on your radar for Fall TV shows?

    If the Twins are out of the race, by default I cheer for the underdogs. In the AL, I'll be cheering for the Indians and the Blue Jays. I've been jealous of the Indians rotation for a couple of years now. In the NL, I'll go with the cliche answer of the Cubs. I'm tired of seeing the Giants, Cardinals, and Dodgers continuously in the mix.

    Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a Harper/Strasburg no brainer #1 pick in 2017. Of course that could change, and I'm not actively searching for 2017 draft prospects yet. God, the Twins can't even tank right!! Your line at the end is what's most important to most, I would imagine. If the front office goes outside and re-calibrates the structure, I'll be happy with that kind of progress.

    They wanted to.. But then they realized it takes science and math to build a wall too! As a consolation prize, we are disguising all scientists as college football players. That way they can get so concussed all science knowledge will be gone.

    I'm 3 weeks off from my scheduled trip back to MN... Hopefully next year I'll be able to make it!

    Daycares sound like a racket. I've had multiple co-workers by me say their monthly daycare expenses for their kids are more expensive than their mortgage payment.

    That's true. I live less than a mile away from Austin Beerworks brewery. Their on-site deal is $10 for 3 beers and you get to keep the glass. 3 of those bad boys and you're feeling really good.

    The young kids just starting school is a fine excuse. Bottom line is this opportunity didn't interest him enough to pursue it. Could be red flags about this organization in particular, or he's holding out for something better.

    Couldn't tell you how many rockets off of Milone and Nolasco I missed this season because of drinking beer out of a normal mug!
