Kwesi’s fate will be tied to McCarthy whether he likes it or not. If McCarthy goes bust in 2 years he’ll be out too. The previous offseason was full of miscalculations. The big money guys on the DL Allen and Hargrave have been disappointing at best. Kwesi misjudged the situation with Redmond and LDR already looking better than them. Not to mention poor Harrison Phillips traded to the worst team in the NFL as a salary dump. The biggest miscalculation is at QB. Wentz is not good enough to miss all of training camp and save the season off his couch. Sam Howell they knew from the get go he wasn’t good but kept him through training camp. Finally, the panic trade for Thielen who has been a complete non factor on the team.

Yeah it just sucks we chose the wrong solution out of all the options available to us last offseason. And it's magnified 1000x because QB is the most important position in sports.
