    Should have been. And that's my point. He's saying Plouffe committed an error but it wasn't scored as such but he didn't say the Rays RF committed an error. And the RF one was much worse. Plouffe's play wasn't an error.

    Jack thinks THAT was an error. Yet I don't remember hearing him say a peep about the inside the park HR being an error. Did he?

    I wonder what the Rays scouting report on Park is. The CF was playing very, very shallow.

    For the Pohlad's, it's about money and the gold ole boy system.

    We have like 5, 6 guys who should be batting 7th or lower. If Dozier was where eh should be, others would be where they shouldn't be. This offense is horrible. LAST in the AL in scoring going into today. If not for great sequencing last year, people would have noticed that it was horrible last year too. This team decided to forego defense and OBP. We are seeing the results.

    anyone know the single season record for fly outs to LF?

    Let's be honest, Gibson isn't exactly a stud nor did he start off anywhere near well this season with only one good start out of four. One more Hughes start in his place isn't a big deal.

    So Jim Pohlad said before that it was logical to believe the Twins would have an even better record this year than last year because it was a young team last year and they'll be even more experienced and therefore better. Said he saw no flaw in that logic. NOW Dick says Jim Pohlad pointed out that we had only one winning month last season (which isn't true, BTW). and yet Jim Pohlad still thought it was logical to believe we'd have an even better record this year. Not sure those two things align.
