  1. Goodrum is going the wrong way and Fast. They got to straighten him out. He had a great April, bad May and so far a horrible June
  2. Nola scares me. I would rather have Gordon
  3. I hope so. I might move to the area next year
  4. Wonder if Landa is being stretched out to go back as a Starter. Slegers and Edaes are two candidates to promote.
  5. Do you mean to say he doesn't have good command of the FB? Great write up, great pics. Thanks!
  6. Those guys look cold! Will Stewart's have inning ceiling this year? This lineup has a lot of questions but that pitching staff...boy, lots of guys to watch there
  7. The box score says Santana has two errors. Not good. If he can't stop that, he doesn't make the team. Did you see his today?
  8. If Polanco can stick at SS he is going to be a top 40 prospect next year. I am really looking forward to his season
  9. Seahawk fan here so I am biased I am sure I would dislike him if he wasn't on my team. But there is no way I could disrespect his game. that pic is amazing. Great Post and Go Hawks!
  10. Wow, you like your young untested pitchers. I like some of those arms too, but you have 6 arms who haven't pitched above Rookie Ball. Upside is nice but that seems too heavy to me.
  11. Danny Santana - 30? After the season, I got really high on him. I have soured a bit as I think about his weaknesses, but 30 seems low. He needs to be better at getting onbase and way too many SO, but his bat looks capable as shown by a .297/ .333 /.386 and has +SS tools if he can put it together. He looks to be the best internal hope for SS competency in the next 2 - 3 seasons and I expect him to be on the MLB team sometime this year - barring injury I would've put Eades in Santana's spot - (way too many unknowns about Easdes right now to be 11th in a system like this) and put Santana somewhere around 15 or so. But fun list, thanks for sharing.
  12. Thanks for that link That is a fun site to explore
  13. Why do we think the Indians won't be signing him?
  14. Cool. Thanks Pictures and video are always enjoyed. If you see any scouts - they carry their own radar guns/stopwatches - try to pick their brains or sit next to them and copy their notes!
  15. If the Twins can't/won't overpay and improve their team via FA or trades, the FO needs to seriously consider trading Mauer and eat some of his contract for a few really good prospects. It makes me sad to watch the Twins waste such an amazing talent like Mauer.
  16. Could be Baltimore too. They have DH issues. Hope Ryan can get someone good!
  17. I saw Randy Rosario is on the E-Town DL any word on that?
  18. A High Level Latin American Coach is exactly what this team needs. The future of the game is in Spanish Speaking countries and I think a coach with Stature could reach some of these young guys better than Jeff Smith. Am I crazy to want the Twins to hire Ozzie Guillen as a "special instructor?" He seems to have some kind of love affair with Gardy and I always liked the guy.
  19. Because he is old for his level, doesn't play a "premium" position and strikes out a lot
  20. Engelb Vielma for the GCL Twins seems kind of interesting. He just turned 19 and seems to be holding up well in the GCL. For now he is fast switching SS who looks to know how to take a walk....doesn't look to have much power but if he keeps his OBP% up he could grow into a lead off position. 7 Ground outs for Rosario!
  21. Will Chargois be moved into the Bullpen role? What the heck is wrong with Bard?
  22. I wonder if Buxton might be hitting some kind of wall. This is his first full year of baseball and is probably the longest he has played.
  23. Agree with you on Buxton and Polanco. There should be no reason Levi Michael is blocking Polanco.
  24. Great work. I wish Pitch f/x data was available. From what I can see, pitchers are assuming he is free swinging and trying to get him to flail around. He is missing the inside stuff because I think he is struggling to adjust to how well pitchers at AA can move the ball around. Its possible he is a guess hitter and he needs to learn how to react to the ball. The NB Offense is so terrible, no pitcher will let him beat them. We will see over the long run, but I expect him to adjust and start making them pay. I would love to see you do something similar for Baxendale too. I am very curious why he is struggling so much in AA.
  25. I keep waiting for Albers to come back to earth. He seems to give up a fair amount of hits (Opponents are hitting .280 off him) but he keeps getting the results and limit damage.
