    First of all, Lackey is completely, 100 percent not related to Varland. Secondly, Lackey has only potential value, like any prospect. He has provided zero actual tangible value to the Minnesota Twins. None. Zip. Zilch. Negative value, actually, since he cost them millions of dollars. The trade is currently a disaster.
