    Not vitriol, but that is a lack of execution. When you are a role player on a team, you need to do the little things right. So far today, throwing to the wrong base cost us one run and now failing to get the bat on two bunt attempts and then the K.

    That's the kind of stuff from Dan-San that drives me nuts. Just lay down a bunt. That's all we need you to do and instead, you strike out without getting a bat on the ball.

    Gibson leaving his pitches up early. Not a good sign for a ground ball pitcher.

    and along with that they have outscored themselves in the first 9 games from last year 16-14 (so far)...however, 16 walks in two games by the Royals have to drive Yost nuts.

    Off to a slow start, but I'd see where he's at after 10 games. Same with Grossman.
