    Morrison has had a cold start but there are much more renowned hitters struggling. Jose Ramirez has two hits on the season. Paul Goldschmidt has two hits as well. I'm sure they will be fine and Morrison will rebound as well.

    Great signing! For that money, he is worth the gamble that he can continue to build on last year's success. If not, no big deal.

    Matt Kemp is terrible. He can't play in the outfield (go look at the numbers) and is league average at the plate. The last time he was worth 1 WAR was in 2014. LoMo is younger, better offensively and can play 1st base. Worth 3.3 WAR last year. If he signs for a 1 or 2 year deal that would be great.

    The way the Rays run their organization makes me glad to be a Twins fan. And that's saying something...

    Are the Twins still very interested? I feel like Darvish isn't enthused about the prospects of joining the team otherwise there would have been a meeting set up by now.

    One cause of concern is that Archer leans heavily on his slider. That could lead to Tommy John surgery down the road.

    Cubs are now interested. He could still sign here but I think the Cubs have better chance given their resources.

    Darvish is going to the Cubs. Twins will scoop up some mediocre pitcher after that.

    I'm pretty excited about signing the guy who pretty much cost the Dodgers a World Series!!

    Oh and let's not forget Stanton told the Marlins he would only accept trades to 4 teams. And when two of those teams aren't interested and another can't swing the money, Marlins didn't exactly have much bargaining power.

    The Yankees won't be giving up that great of prospects for Stanton. Everyone will complain they got him for little to nothing but that contract could get ugly fast. And lets not forget Stanton hasn't been a perfect bill of health either.

    I'm not too disappointed. The chances were slim anyways. The Yankees were spurned as well and that's a victory right there!

    I guarantee there is a portion of the fan base that would be unhappy with the manager whoever he is. Molitor did fine with his decisions. The players, usually the bullpen didnt do their job.
