Ryan never traded for legit MLB players at mid season, or in the off season. These two FO are quite different. I mean the last few drafts before this FO took over were awful. I see no real comparison at all. Tyler Jay, Nick Gordon, and the other pitcher whose name I forgot, in back to back to back years I think? All top ten picks, and you think this FO is worse at drafting?

I have no ill will against the FO for this off season. The team is for sale. They likely have orders to do very little. The ownership? That's a different story.

That's not normal for more than like five teams, maybe three. I don't know why anyone would expect that.

Except that's not what it's been. Unless trading for Lopez wasn't a difference? They've signed Correa twice. This tells us nothing about the future at all.

Some of the complaining and emotions seem way over the top for this level move. Not one team wanted Moran in the recent draft. They dealt him for a switch hitter that might catch better than Carmago, who they clearly don't trust. I'm utterly perplexed at many of the comments and their anger, angst, or hmmmmm, can't think of either A word.

Yup. Better than Minnesota, imo. those awful drafts the first two years will catch up to this team

I think you are underestimating the QB here. Either way, if you deal a player playing as one of the best QBs, you have guts. They are going to tag him, unless something happens. And either trade him to Vegas, or keep him.

Trading one of the ten best QBs to rely on a guy with one snap in the preseason who blew out his knee when no one thought he was really hurt? Gutsy.
