What a travesty. It also occurs to me that Senate Republicans are treating this vote the same way Kavanaugh and his frat buddies treated sex: maneuver the women into a vulnerable spot, make sure they are outnumbered and there are other men around for safety and support, and when the critical moment comes, mute their speech, don't give them a chance to say no, get it over with fast, and then deny it. Or better yet, forget it ever happened. If you are confronted about it later, get outraged or make excuses. The buddies who were there with you will have your back. Will Collins and Murkowski vote no today? Or will they let this happen and regret it later? Sounds like Manchin, Democrat from WV, is also apparently on the fence. Like I said, a complete travesty.
