We were told buying @ the trade deadline our bullpen would improve. Buyer's remorse? Erod, some fans didn't want him called up plus he should be waived this winter.
  2. PuckettPond
Maybe the Yankees are better because of stronger fan support.
  3. PuckettPond
If Twins fans supported the team by attending games. Giving ownership reason to move the team to Vegas. Worst attendance in decades.
  4. PuckettPond
Which inning will the New York Yankees Explode tonight? No Bronx cheers please.
  5. PuckettPond
Would he have more success in the bull pen?
  6. PuckettPond
    Mauer the 1st baseman?
  7. PuckettPond
We need more quality catching depth not less as Bryan Harper was our last quality catcher.
  8. PuckettPond
It's time to find out if Erod can help the team. Time to make the Twins better with young cost efficient players. Why was 1987 great? because of 1985, 1986 seasons. If the Twins need to move on from Minnesota to succeed fans are fine with that, then we could watch every game without being blacked out. Baseball Purgatory is good for no one.

No extension just a watch & retirement party. Twins future success does not include Buxton.
  10. PuckettPond
Buxton's 2nd half collapse is upsetting & confusing for the fans just like when the Dragons & Cobbers stopped playing each other in football because of travel costs.
  11. PuckettPond
Erod makes the decision to trade Buxton easier. Twins would be in 1st place if only Erod would have been called up sooner. Extrapolating his 1st game he's on pace for 162 HR season.
  12. PuckettPond
"Erod? we don't need him as all he does is hit HRs" Buddy Ryan
  13. PuckettPond
Why isn't Erod wearing #7 as I heard that was going to be his number.
  14. PuckettPond
Buxton needs to do the honorable thing & retire as we have Jenkins & Erod.
  15. PuckettPond
Does anyone know if Scheels has his Twins jersey in stock? I hear he will be wearing #7.
  16. PuckettPond
We were told this would not happen & Why do we need Erod when we have Jenkins. Young players are the Future of the Twins. This move is so obvious my 10 year old nephew saw it. Erod needs to start every game moving forward. Remember baseball is chess not checkers.

A fire sale is needed. Trade anyone of value bringing back youth, enthusiasm, talent, hope & change. Give the fans something to believe in. This year's trade deadline moves were Awful getting players in trades where we could get in free agency this winter. They helped get us losses not wins.
  18. PuckettPond
If the Twins do not improve the quality of their minor league pitching by trades or the draft target field will be a miserable place to watch baseball. How did we get to the lack of quality pitching prospects?
  19. PuckettPond
Would a 40%-60% roster turnover help? Curious who the Twins send to the AFL.
  20. PuckettPond
Can we pay to send him away like we did to Carlos Correa? Lets pass the collection plate.
  21. PuckettPond
The next time Twins fans see Buxton they are hoping it's on the back of a milk carton. Missing In Action!
  22. PuckettPond
Buxton was not the solution Buxton is the problem. Buxton is turning out to be another over paid under performing always injured Joe Mauer when he punked out & moved to 1st base.
  23. PuckettPond
    Is it Erod time?
  24. PuckettPond
Who saw that coming? Twins are better without than with him. I hope he feels the Field of Dreams game was worth it.
  25. PuckettPond
Would moving the Twins to North or South Dakota help with fan satisfaction? Instead of playing in a corn field they could try a wheat or soybean field.
