  1. Multifunctional is better than functional. Baking soda & WD-40 has over 1001 uses toilet paper has one. Who was the only Twins players to play all positions in a game?
  2. Mike Schmidt was a great player as his numbers were off the charts. We need more Mikes.
  3. Looking forward to this time next year & see how he & his bat improves, develops & grows into 3rd base. Could he be our Mike Schmidt?
  4. We do not hate baseball we hated him, his play & the free agent signing. He has the personality of an unflushed toilet.
  5. Prospects are a unknown quality. Their minor league career paths are exciting not only for the players but us fans. Hit & Miss can either be a player or an engine which makes great ice cream. "Prospects are what fans either love or hate as there can be no in-between." YODA
  6. Field of Dreams? Turning into Field of Nightmares!
  7. $20,000 bonus for tonight's game, is Buxton ready or just greedy? Selfish to jeopardize a run for the playoffs with his history of injuries.
  8. I do not see the attraction & excitement for The Field of Dreams game. Corn fields means corn sweat, not good for Norwegians.
  9. Arm angle & pitch usage turns a pitcher from good to great.
  10. Hopefully he will continue over producing to the point & traded for valuable prospects. Remember Nelson Cruz! We must trade Joe Ryan to keep moving forward. Young arms more wins.
  11. Looking more & more Twins should have been sellers @ the trade deadline for a brighter future.
  12. Erod has only showed us his ability to play foolish & reckless as his injuries have mostly been self-induced. Low IQ = Low baseball IQ. Can not make the club in the tub. We already have a outfielder with his resume "Buxton".
  13. I guess the move to 1st base was what he needed. Will he also try his hand @ 2nd base next year? Playing like he was a former 1st overall draft pick. We don't need more cowbell we need more Lewis.
  14. 1st half Joe needs to go. Trade him for pitching prospects who do not need to be on our 40 man roster. Time to set him free & fly away.
  15. #9 trade should be an A+ as Rojas has so much potential than Varland. Within 2 seasons Rojas will be a stud & Varland will be a distant memory. Wait & see.
  16. Kendry Rojas not on the list who should be as we got the bigger end of the stick over Baltimore. Great young LHP with a future in the pen or starter. Twins fans are loving the trade!
  17. He needs to play SS everyday either here or St. Paul as there can not be any half measures. Next year he will be playing many positions as Houston will be the everyday SS.
  18. Excited to see Connor Prielipp next season as his development this season has been great & fun to watch. He was worth the wait through injuries.
  19. Twins needed to be sellers not buyers @ this year's trade deadline, putting them on pace for a trip to the World Series within 3 seasons. After last year's mass selling the team is better-stronger today than not selling. Sell high when players still have perceived value.
  20. Houston is our future SS. Look what he has done in the 1 year since being drafted. Houston is a 6 tool player, 5 tools plus he plays the position which is most valuable & difficult to develop. In the last 10 Twins drafts how many 1st round SS have we had? Will he move to AAA this year? Will he play in the AFL with Jenkins & Erod? Who are the AFL candidates?
