    When the Twins traded away half the roster last trade deadline you signaled a rebuild and now this year you buy at the deadline when you aren't even at .500 just show's how lost this organization is

    Totally agree with the writer I couldn't believe we we're buyers when we were 2 games under .500 you are either in a rebuild or your not. We started the rebuild with trading half our team last year and now we are buying. This ownership group is absolutely clueless the only thing we can hope for is new ownership and a salary cap where the Twins are forced to spend to a floor. Which Twins ownership is against a salary cap per a report on ESPN they don't want to be forced to spend to a Floor

    The Twin's are a rebuilding team that looks very average because the AL in general is way down in my opinion they should have continued the rebuild specifically trading Jeffers now are they going to resign him or just lose him for nothing?

    keaschall looks like he spent 99 percent of the time just hitting and about 1 percent putting on a glove looks lost in the outfield and infield

    The varland trade was awful and the fact you did it after basically getting rid of your entire bullpen a deal on it's own would have been bad enough but nothing was left in the bullpen after the Varland deal and than the 2026 season you start the season with the bullpen we did and are already picking up DFA Pitchers in April is absolutely embarassing

    Well based on the Espn show talking about a salary cap there are 2 mid to low market teams that don't want a salary cap because they would be forced to spend to the floor level can you guess who they are? Pirates and the Twins so yes the Pohlad's have earned that Cheap Owner Proudly

    Personally if we add it should be for someone that is a multi year guy. I don't see the positive here we ain't winning a championship this year so why add a reliever that is a free agent at the end of the year plus look's like he has lost his stuff fastball down etc. when we tore our roster last year at the deadline specifically bullpen to build for the future and now we reverse and are trying to win now?

    The Twins started the rebuild last Trade Deadline they need to continue that process if they get a good return than make the deal.

    If they get to the playoffs with this roster they have 2 chances slim and none there not close to a Championship level team

    Twins need to trade veterans and build for future and create a young core they aren't close to being a championship roster

    You see what you can get and if it's a haul you trade him. Looking at the roster we aren't close to a championship club. If you we're Joe Ryan and your contract is coming up would you want to sign with the Minnesota Twins or another organization that has a legit Championship shot every year with less pressure of not having to be the #1 Starter

    Let me ask this would you want to sign with the Minnesota Twins? If you had lot's of options and care about winning you have your answer

    The Twins are at the start of a rebuild they are not close to winning anything
