Easily the best start of S-W-R's young career. A couple more starts like this and he could make the decision to move him into the bullpen pretty hard to make. Also nice to see Brooks have a good game as he has been struggling as of late. I realize that it doesn't technically matter, but it is always nice to beat the Yankees, and this was a fun game.

Hopefully neither Mickey Gaspar or Pereda are the backup next year. I think that this is one of the issues that needs to be adressed over the offseason. Elias Dias could be a good add to backup jeffers

Nice to see Outman have a good game. If he can turn into something that would be a big plus but defensively he just doesn't look comfortable. If it was up to me I would move S-W-R and maybe Festa to the bullpen, and have a rotation of Lopez, Ryan, Matthews, Ober, and Bradley for opening day 2026.
