  1. But, man this was a fun year and post season. Can’t wait for spring straining.
  2. It’s tough when you have a double and home run from the first three hitters and then only one hit the rest of game. Brutal!
  3. Man, I hate giving up 0-2 hits…..
  4. My goodness, what a slow moving game. Only in the bottom of third.
  5. Two bad calls that have made a difference in this game. Julien 3-2 ball that was called strike. Bases would have been loaded with one out. Kirk should have had strike two, called ball. Later, walked and the a run scored.
  6. Maybe. But, I’m wondering if he will off the roster for the first short series. If they win the first series, he will be activated and become the fourth starting picture.
  7. It’s going to be a really interesting winter/spring to see how those three infield spots play out. You have Lewis, Correa, Polanco, Julien, Miranda (I’m still high on him, bad timing for him to have a bum shoulder) and Lee. Also, you still have Farmer, Castro and Salano in play. And possibly Martin, although I think he’s now an outfielder.
  8. Well, we did learn one thing last night. The next time we face a starting picture that throws 60 mph, Gallo definitely has to be in the starting lineup.
  9. Wow, awesome job by Funderburk and Winder! Much needed!
  10. I bet that was a tough conversation. I know Ober was upset when he was sent down before the start of season. Good to get another lefty up. Cleveland has been very vulnerable to lefty’s this year.
  11. The win probability chart had a lot of ups and downs. Exactly the way I felt most of the game!
  12. A great come behind win after two very frustrating losses. A big salute to Winder and Jax for four, much needed, scoreless innings. And to the offense for late, timely hitting. A great, enjoyable win.
  13. Yikes! They have six players with more RBI’s than our top producer at 55. But, yet, in a weird sort of way, I feel it’s going to be a really good offensive night.
  14. I wonder if/when Buxton, Kiriloff and Castro come back, if Gallo’s bothersome ankle, knee, back or whatever flairs up and he will be put on the IL.
  15. Man, I hate giving up 0-2 hits…..and 0-2 hit batter!!!
  16. With Lewis supposedly coming back on Tuesday, it will be interesting to see what the corresponding move will be. Julien? Has been in a mini slump. Farmer? Good clubhouse guy. Versatile. Salano? Has had some big hits. Plays first base. Gallo? Four hit game was big for him. Plays first base. Luplow? Has made a good impression first few games. Castro? Twins love his versatility. Maybe to the IL with his back. Kepler? Maybe to the IL after foul ball to foot. Wallner? One of the hottest hitters since AS break. it will be really interesting if/when Kirililoff and Buxton come back.
  17. Climactic come back wins are great and all. But, I would settle for a nice, comfortable 8-1 win tonight.
  18. Whew! Was starting to get a little worried…..I really think he can turn into someone really special!
  19. I’m guessing Seattle fans are wondering why their closer didn’t pitch in the ninth, but came out for the tenth…….
  20. Thank you! Always a good read. Any updates on Jenkins signing? Is it time to get nervous/concerned?
