Jeffers with three called strikes. Gotta take the bat off your shoulder there guy.

I read that the team went to Spider-Man instead of the Odyssey maybe that’s why they aren’t playing as inspired as I thought they would be.
  3. thelanges5
KC was on a 4 game losing streak.
  4. thelanges5
They haven’t had a real DH since Cruz. Has a career 128 OPS+

More Nick Nelson: Joe Ryan has struck out fewer than 5 hitters in a start 4 times all year (not counting 1st-inning exit on 5/3). 3 of them are his past 3 starts.

Nick Nelson: Twins have been held to 2 or fewer runs through 6 innings in each of their past 7 games, and 10 of their last 11. Hard to win if you can’t build leads and are constantly fighting from behind.

I would like to ban all of these guys from swinging at the first pitch. When was the last time they ambushed somebody?
  8. thelanges5
Lost two out of three, but the bats looked much better against better pitching in Seattle. KC just has our number I guess.
  9. thelanges5
Three out of the teams four hits have come from Lewis.
  10. thelanges5
This is how they thank Tom for buying at the deadline?
  11. thelanges5
They gotta do something to jolt this offensive and defensive unit.

Bad Joe and bad offense. We squeaked out a series against them in Minneapolis and they were just swept by the Rockies, yet here we are.

Can you call Zoll and tell him your idea? 😀
  14. thelanges5
I’d say move him down, but what are the options?
  15. thelanges5
12 innings against the Dobber and 1 run to show for it. ****

Playing worse against these guys than the Mariners. Cmon Twins!
  20. thelanges5
Won’t be too successful without good Joe.

Bobby N: Twins outfield prospect Emmanuel Rodriguez is back in the lineup at High-A Cedar Rapids after dealing with thumb soreness. St. Paul Saints outfielder Kyler Fedko is out for the season after he tore his ACL, MCL and LCL in his left knee. Fedko appeared in 14 games with the Twins this year.
  22. thelanges5
Gabby Gonzalez is already on the 40 and has a .835 OPS against LHP. He can also play defense.
  23. thelanges5
Bobby N: Yoendrys Gómez will remain the Twins closer, manager Derek Shelton said. Jeff Hoffman and Andrew Morris will be the primary setup men.
