    Not sure about any of you but I am getting a little concerned about him in the 5th spot. Biggest issue is that you just have to have an "out" pitch at this level and he just does not and when we face lineups like we did today he is going to get hit hard. Rocco already has worn out the pen so hopefully this is not a trend but dude just does not throw hard enough and has to be perfect.

    It's very simple for all of the Rocco defenders on here why this bullpen is so bad right now. We have a manager that has no idea what he is doing and he has never known what he is doing. I don't care about all of the division division titles he has won. His in game decisions are puzzling at best and he has mismanaged the bullpen every single year he has been here. They are frankly way overused and worn out. Rocco has gone back to his trend of yanking starters way too early again.

    Brilliant managing again by our wonderful manager. Ober should have pitched 1 more inning. Rocco has made 4 terrible moves tonight. Could see this coming from a mile away. He just gives games away.

    I am frustrated by this teams offseason but it's not because the payroll went down. I am frustrated because they just had their best season in 20 years and finally break through and win a playoff series. I know we are good enough to win the division with what we have but we are 1 solid#2 starting pitcher away(IMO) from putting this division away and actually being a WS contender and they have decided to stand pat or even regress a little bit from last year. I bet on sure things and not what if's. Yeah Joe Ryan could be a solid#2 but that is a big what if. We need a durable left handed starter and Jordan Montgomery is sitting right there for the taking. You could prob get him on a 1 year deal. Go freaking get him. Unlike most of you on this board I am not content with just winning the division. This market is starving for a championship in any of the 4 major sports. Let's actually go for it.

    Well our front office has no pulse right now. We end the season winning a playoff series and we do nothing to improve the club. I don't want to here anymore about the TV revenue $. That is just an excuse. The Royals are in the same boat and are being aggressive. I thought it was incredibly stupid of the front office to come out and say they were slashing payroll. If you are going to slash payroll just do it and most of this fan base would not even notice.

    Finally someone who gets it! I keep reading all of these deals Twins fans propose but you are not getting Luzardo without Lewis or Lee being involved. You have to give up something to get something people. Lee is the one I would part with, Do I want to trade Lee? No but you have to give up something to get something.

    You are not going to get Luzardo without Lee or Jenkins being included in a trade. If the Twins won't include either one of those in a potential deal then I hang up the phone if I am the Marlins.

    If we got Luzardo it would cost us Brooks Lee plain and simple. Luzardo is a top of the rotation arm and is 23/24 and under team control for several years. He would slot in perfectly with Pablo. You have to give up something to get something period. Polanco is not going to land you Luzardo. I know Lee is a good prospect but we honestly don't really have a place for him. The Marlins need a SS.

    You clearly waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overvalue Jeffers as a catcher. Decent hitter but awful defensive catcher.

    What team were you watching? He had a bad playoff series but there is no way you trade someone that is that young with that much pop.

    There was a trade Wallner, Trade Kiriloff, Trade Polanco. What I would start off with is fire the hitting coach. That should have happened in the first half of the season. Sign a right handed hitting first baseman with some pop in free agency. Those are a dime a dozen. Figure out if Buxton can actually play the field but I feel like his knee problem/problems are chronic. You can't have a part time CF on the roster that can't make the DH adjustment(Some players just can't hit if they are not in the field). If he can't play the field because of his knee then try and get him to retire because this is just a wasted roster spot. Bring back Michael A. You have Pablo back so re-sign Gray or someone in that caliber. Honestly I would prefer Jordan Montgomery because we need a lefty in the rotation and he is also very durable. Sign a lefty for the pen like Matt Moore. I have been calling for Rocco's head for a while because I hate these 100% analytics guys but I will settle for a new hitting coach. Take a flyer on Teoscar Hernandez as he is a right handed hitting outfielder with some pop. Yeah he strikes out a ton I know.

    I don't see him getting out of the 1st the way he has been pitching.

    I expect them to be able to make some sort of contact with the ball. Not as many swing and misses.

    Those 3 have been overmatched the entire series and not just today. The 3 have 1 hit in 3 games.

    They look overmatched. Especially Jeffers, Kiriloff and Wallner.

    Solano at first tomorrow, Catch Vazquez because Jeffers is playing just as awful as Kiriloff is. I am playing Castro instead of Wallner tomorrow as well.

    Tomorrow and I am sitting Kiriloff, Wallner and Jeffers no matter if it's a lefty or righty. Need some guys who can at least make contact with the ball.
