Kremer and Ober both need to be gone next year. They need to trade Ryan for whatever top pitching prospect they can get for him. And there is no guarantee that Pablo will be ready to go next year. They need to trade for an upgrade in the rotation like Emerson Hancock. Their starting rotation, bullpen, and any of their pitching depth is nothing but uncertain going into next season.

He can keep waiting! He’s just Sano 2.0. Trade him in the offseason for an established rotation arm. -
Who gives a crap about a draft pick that might help 3-4 years from now!? They could have gotten a ready now bullpen arm and another top pitching prospect for Jeffers. And now he walks for nothing. This team just continues to show how stupid they are with asset management. And you continue to waste our time with pointless articles like this one.

You may want to do more research and check out the last handful of starts by Gallagher. He should be called up in September.

I’ve been saying Headrick and Lagrange for Jeffers. But if you could get Warren and Lagrange or Lalane for him you make that trade in a heartbeat!

There is no point in trading for relievers especially over the age of 35. You should only look for options that have team control beyond this year. Riley O’Brien Kevin Kelly Jeremiah Estrada Brent Headrick Victor Vodnik

Right premise but wrong solution. If the Twins actually want to be buyers then Hancock is the perfect trade candidate. However I’m not trading Lewis or Keaschall to make it happen. You could probably make it happen by some package of Jeffers, Rodriguez, and another top 20 prospect.

You’re not a GM. You Shouldn’t Want to Trade Ryan Jeffers.

Once again you couldn’t be more wrong with your analysis and research for several reasons. First off the Twins don’t need any more position players as the top of their prospect system is filled with that. They need more pitching over anything so any deal involving Ryan should only be for pitching. Secondly the only team of these that fits this bill is the Yankees. Seattle doesn’t need anymore pitching and the other 2 teams don’t have the necessary pitching talent. However your deal with the Yankees is flawed too. Again the Twins should only be targeting pitching prospects so they should ask for a package that includes Will Warren, Carlos Lagrange, and Henry Lalane. You get an instant starter for your rotation, a prospect that could instantly start in your bullpen, and a third piece with the upside to develop into a mid-rotation starter or top end reliever.

4 Twins Prospects Who Should Be Untouchable at the 2026 MLB Trade Deadline

A: The Twins aren’t making the playoffs so there is no point in trading top prospects for a starter. B: They need bullpen help more than anything. C: Prielipp is a starter until he proves otherwise. D: The only starter they could probably afford is Foster Griffin who is just a rental.

You can’t compare any pitchers in the Twins system to the Brewers pitcher. That’s a complete outlier because very few pitchers outside of the first round ever become true Aces. Drafting Flora would have given the Twins something they have not had in the modern era: A true Ace!

Literally half of this article is completely redundant. You say the Twins have great pitching depth and it’s their greatest strength which are both lies. Then you turn around and try to justify trading guys like Rojas and Hill who will be part of this team’s future. Do you actually believe the crap you throw out there? Or just throw it at the wall to see if it sticks? The Twins are not going all in to trade for anyone this year anyway. If anything they need to keep building up the farm system with more pitching depth which you would get in a Ryan trade. Jenkins, Culpepper, Houston, Tait, Hill, and Quick are the only players who shouldn’t be up for consideration to be traded. If Rodriguez or Gonzalez can help get a building block for the bullpen going forward and the future along with someone from the big league roster like Larnach or Jeffers then so be it.

True it’s been frustrating seeing his last year and a half of injuries after he got off to such a good start. But he’s only 20. Case in point Prielipp. He just needs to stay healthy and hopefully continues to develop.

Not going to make one difference when they don’t have any pitchers to throw him the ball. But at least we got another catcher when we already have one in the system. Instead of Flora who could help the team as soon as next season.
