I saw that yesterday in trade rumors and thought the same thing , no real gambling on a minimum paid player with some veteran experience that is a back of the rotation starter , he's not as washed up like happ , shoemaker, Bailey and others were ...

Morning , I looked up 2023 , 7 losses by double digits ... 2024 had 11 losses ... This year 5 so far ... That kind of gives you an idea , if they are playing bad they are going to have alot of double digit losses like 2024 ... 2023 we played better and had less double digit losses ... I found out 2021 had 11 and 2023 had 13 double digit losses , both years we had really bad pitchers ... I couldn't find anything to go back further ...

Hell, I run the air conditioning in the van when it 45 degrees outside and we're heading south facing the sun , my dog and I love it ... Buy the wife something fleeced , that will help , maybe wool , she'll itch but won't complain about being cold .... When I head south to Texas for the winter they are wearing coats at 65 degrees and I'm wearing t-shirts , they make fun of the Minnesota man and I give it right back to them , I tell them I'm not a snowbird , I'm a frostback and I like it cooler ...

Wentz , They see a player that is better than our pipeline ( that doesn't say much about our pipeline , they seem to like washed up veterans ) , if Preilipp was healthy he should be pitching as a lefty out of the bullpen

Bride can now be considered a 2 way player when negotiating his next contract ... 🤣

You nailed it doc , Milwaukee knows what to do in the game of baseball for a small market team ... I agree totally that we will continue to see the same baseball from falvey and company because all they emphasize is hit the ball hard ( swing hardi is more like it ) ... I would rather the batter strikes out swinging than looking , it irritates me badly and I think they should start fining the players for striking out looking , if it's close you swing to protect the plate , control what you can control ... How's the weather in Brazil , we are suppose to be a 100 or near that by game time ???

Way to go Milwaukee , you pitched a hell of a game and hit like the boy wonder , you played the game the way you should play , with pitching and defense , timely hitting , running and fundamentally sound baseball ... You beat a team that you should beat , WELL DESERVED ... way to go Minnesota , when you play bad baseball with poor everything , YOU DESERVE TO LOSE ... You lost to a better team ... I've said this a million times , we will not win with this manager that has them playing like a bunch of possums , PLAY DEAD AT HOME AND GET KILLED ON THE ROAD ... THE MINNESOTA POSSUMS ... But your the only team I root for even when I'm thousands of miles away , let's play some exciting baseball ... Nice that Lee extended his hitting streak and the Ryan experience pitchìng 5 innings of decent ball but that is about all I can say that is positive , wallners homerun breaking up the no hitter but his 3 strikeouts some looking irritates the ĥell out of me ...

It has been awhile since they had some good hitting teams ... I would work for free as a consultant and help them mend there ways ... Just 1 example , the twins have been a lousy hitting team since they have not had a full time DH , TRUE OR FALSE ... And there's plenty more examples ...
  9. Blyleven2011
Just think what a haul we could get from a buxton trade , he's healthy and playing some very good baseball of his career , time to sell when value is high .... Won't happen though ...
  10. Blyleven2011
This is a total system failure and it's worse than Terry Ryan's system failure , Terry Ryan least had more exciting games to watch .... Thanks for your comments on a team that is a total system failure ... Have I said this team is a total system failure , 1 owner , 2 GM'S , 4 different managers , Who's accountable , maybe the owners who don't like baseball and they hired the wrong professionals at least this last go around , their father hired the first one ...
  11. Blyleven2011
At least he swings , wallner does not , 2 strikeouts looking , it time to throw fines out for not swinging at third strikes , if a player would just think of the ball being on a tee , maybe they would hit more hits ...
  12. Blyleven2011
That's going to be tough one to find out , there's been some bad pitching season for the Twins , Make it easy and call Cory Provus in the booth ...
  13. Blyleven2011
Bride being a 2 way player should get a big fat contract next year ...
  14. Blyleven2011
About 5 so far , maybe this is the 6th ... I'll get back to ya after the game with the numbers , I want to watch this exciting game fold out ..
  15. Blyleven2011
I'm really getting tired of third pitch strikes looking , wallner oofda , it's against a position player ...
  16. Blyleven2011
    Of you did , he'd be DFA'd tomorrow ...
  17. Blyleven2011
If we have a pipeline of pitching , Rocco is embarrassing the front office's pitching pipeline of pitchers ... Words of wisdom for the day ...
  18. Blyleven2011
Yes I agree , but he's got to go just the same , 2 outings for the Twins and both bad ...
  19. Blyleven2011
Is that the MO of our front office, every teams need pitching , and our FO seems to find the garbage in the dumpster , yes he's got to go ...
  20. Blyleven2011
And now the kid has a era too ...
  21. Blyleven2011
In the sixth inning he was tiring and missing the strike zone , I commend Murphy for letting the kid to comeback out for the seventh , it just wasn't meant to be ... It was nasty stuff and I wasn't thinking of wallner to break up the no hitter ...
  22. Blyleven2011
How true , what's our record with the city connect uni's ....
  23. Blyleven2011
Not today , that's for sure ... Turning our to be a nightmare ...
  24. Blyleven2011
On a good twins day , Can anyone actually say the twins play fundamentally baseball the way Milwaukee does ...
  25. Blyleven2011
I think the kid is tiring , Milwaukee might get the no hitter , but the kid might not finish it , no idea what Milwaukee's manager does ...
