  1. Errp, Winder warming. Hope it doesn't screw up tomorrows plans.
  2. Now Moran will need to wear this one until it gets to slam range.
  3. Savant is all messed up too. Can not compute so slow pitch.
  4. Thats a fantastic thing. When we have a 10 run lead take the innings off the regular relievers too. Moran pitching here is not ideal. If there was a plan to need a long reliever tomorrow plan to bring that guy up tomorrow fresh, don't continually go a man down.
  5. New guy debut against a position player pitching. Don't set expectations too high.
  6. And Moran warming instead of Castro. 🤷‍♂️
  7. Thats how we end up with a gassed pen with one guy never pitching. If Kuechel is good for 6 tomorrow, Winder sits. Waiting for the perfect opportunity that never comes.
  8. Feels like a valid excuse but now we all have sleep on that thought for tomorrow. Very well could have been some limitations on the moves they could make, Sands not eligible and no telling who pitched when at AAA.
  9. We just went 7 days with Sands on the roster and the bullpen on fumes. Its a pretty valid question and I'm not one distracted by shiny objects. Cept a fight in Cleveland.
  10. On the 2nd, if he was down for days rotate someone up? I thought that was the point of that spot.
  11. The suspensions out of this thing are going to be very interesting. Multiple re-engagements by multiple different parties.
  12. Why is Winder with the 26 man, if not for games like this?
  13. Apparently Jose Ramirez has a good right hand too. LOL
  14. Another way to look at it is how departing players have performed after they left. It's a pretty mixed bag and they have done a good job getting out of the way of clearly declining players like Donaldson and Cruz. Two that standout are Gary Sanchez and Luis Arraez. Polar opposites as one on the down side and the other in the up swing of his career but both are excellent this year after leaving the org. Arraez may be just getting better but Sanchez revitalized his career. No telling what the difference is but we really haven't seen the Twins do that with an incoming player, mostly the other way. I can't think of a single hitter that we can look at and say, man, the Twins sure unlocked his potential, and that's kinda sad. Would Steer and CES look the same in a Twins uni? I have my doubts.
  15. It's off the edge on the baseball savant box as well but the pitch before was too. Those are both strikes, almost impossible not to call. WTF moves like that?
  16. Watch in slomo, the dot is wrong. Was a great pitch.
  17. The real strike three fooled the Fox box.
  18. But real stirrups, not that fake sock crap.
  19. Holy smokes, hes been out since 2017?
  20. Winner, i finally found it.
  21. OK, I gave up and started looking. I only found one more that I'm sure of but I'm more sad for having to remember some of those names. It's a hard question because we want to forget.
  22. I'm really guessing here lol
  23. Good guess, I'm struggling.
