    I dont think the market for catching is good. Our best prospects at C are young. As a back up to Jeffers starting i wouldn't mind as long as the salary number is lower. There not using Cardenas and Gasper is pathetically bad behind the plate. If there are better options I would jump on that but I do like Vadquez defense.

    I would like Vazquez back. He is good with pitching staff and his defense and throwing out runners is rock solid. 2 years,. I'm hoping Twins bring him back.

    It was all a sham. Even if the Pohlad family ownership hates Twins fans, an MLB franchise is a valuable asset to own.

    Today's announcement by Pohlads is like being in Purgatory of bad baseball. Means the next two years will be a lot like 2024 and 2025 with 1990's style horrible pitching and 90 loss teams seems inevitable. Means we are stuck watching these wretched bulk bullpen games. Seems like there is no current plan for optimism. 2027 seems likely a lock out year.

    Rocco has been here 7 years, and only once has this team even looked like a contender. I mean what young players have improved under him and the coaching staff? I will hang up and listen.

    The fresh innovative idea is to get rid of Joe Pohlad and bring in a managing partner that has media savy, marketing experience and a good judge of baseball leadership. I would take Jim back temporarily in a heart beat if it meant Joe was out. Maybe Joe is good at stadium operations but he sucks as face of franchise leadership guy. He really sucks at the media relations stuff. Jim, he at least understands baseball and building with competent management. Say what you will about Ron Gardenhire and Terry Ryan, they were good at developing players, and having good scouts and leadership. This current regime couldn't hold a candle. I was bored and thought stale, but you sometimes you don't know how good you had it until poor leadership and drafting shows up.

    Can the team at least flush the roster full of Ex Saints players that were not even winning games at the AAA level. Bring up players that actually project to be starters instead of bench guys and career minor league players. I think fans that watch know who were talking about. If your not gonna try and win games, develop some younger guy's that have a chance. I want to see Gonzalez, Walker Jenkins and Culpepper play. Give us some dang hope for the future. Play Lee at third and Royce Lewis at 1st, he can't be any worse over there than Juliene and Mario. How does Gasper still have a roster spot, he cannot throw. If I don't watch Juliene play again it will be too soon. I would bring up the coaching staff of the Wind Surge too. Time for a roster flush. Gasper is bad luck, should never been added.

    Pohlads have popularity. In Twin Cities of a world figure like Putin. Not saying they are evil and dastardly like him but they are very unpopular. I think you would rather really not know who the owners are in most Sports markets.

    They thought April attendance and overall attendance is bad this year. You will be able to count butts in seats next year unless there is change in FO and Manager and coaching staff.
