  1. From proven run producer to table setter in the matter of a few game. Does his versatility know no bounds?
  2. You too mister!
  3. It's clear that it's either way off, or that you need to be more careful with those broad strokes you're brushing. The "same people" that bitch about the revolving door hated needlessly including Bartlett in the Young trade. Those "same people" were disgusted when Hardy was needlessly traded for a sack of burning dog poo.
  4. Alright, if there's nothing to add to the topic at hand it's time to move along, it'd be best to stow the personal stuff.
  5. Boy, that's a real doozy. You're going to have a hard time supporting this one, given that it's about as wrong as can possibly be.
  6. Closers can't be used before the 9th inning, and they can't be used in non-save situations, unless you're down 6 runs and "need to get some work in."
  7. A team destined to lose upwards of 90 games has very little to lose by playing for the wins that are there for the taking now. But Perkins should be fresh in September when they're making that push to stay out of the cellar, so we've got that to look forward to.
  8. Florimon's tools would be interesting if he were 5 years younger. Now he's just the most recent version of Alexi Rivas.

  10. Oh he has no trouble locating his fastball, they were all right there in the middle of the plate.
  11. Did it involve a face, and a palm?
  12. There are ways around it, but yes, there are obnoxiously archaic blackout restrictions.
  13. Well, this sure went to **** in a hurry didn't it?
  14. Well, with two outs he was already around 2nd by the time the ball landed. It was also a broken bat looper that hung in the air just long enough to get over the shortstop.
  15. How all we need is an Escobar homer for the hugerest.
  16. Aka, shorts weather.
  17. Parmelee could go 0-5 with 5 k's and I'd still forget this thread.
