that could be said about 99% of pitching prospects, LHP don't grow on trees and I think Finnegan has a very high upside personally (higher than a #3) The equivalent of this would be Gibson+Berrios+Hu or Duffey. Steep IMo
There are multiple players on the waiver wire at any time that can put up Escobar and Pelfrey type numbers. The Yankees aren't going to just give Sanchez away, they really have no reason to trade him at this stage unless it's part of a package to land a Tulo or Hamels type player.
I guess worry is the wrong word, he just looks a lot more like a #3/#4 recently then the #2 we were all hoping for. I agree with Chief, Gibson should be on the block for a guy like Tulo who can help out the team long term.
I'm not going to slam them, but looking back it sure would have been nice to make a blockbuster trade like that one of those years the twins were seemingly "in it" every year. Hopefully TR does it sometime in the next 2-4 years while the Twins have a good shot.
Twins weren't going to likely catch the royals anyways this year, wild card is still very much in play. Hopefully the royals gave up a lot though so it "helps" us moving fwd
