    You're fighting a losing battle in here ggoblin. Apparently station to station baseball is also acceptable in the minors advancing guys for some. Roberts had nothing to prove in lo-A, and now they're putting him in the AZ Fall league. Hope he doesn't flop there, because he needed to see better competition. Moving him up would have helped Max Kepler or Walker,who could have played lo-A ball for part of the year. You're right, there were no FM outfielders, once Arcia was gone, that were so much better. Rams was playing some LF this year. Again we consistently see the majority of the talent in the lower levels. Where they fizzle, only to have someone else they draft take a top spot in the org depth. Too often.

    You can do that? You can fast track guys? Wow, someone let the Twins know this. There are few decent "prospects" in the way of the top 2. few. AA should be the starting point.

    By the way,next time the broadcast team finds an opp to make fun of some other team, they'd better pick on the teams worse than MN. Talk about a joke. Slam/rip teams better than the one you cover.

    This is what I don't understand. Hammer has a bad hammy. Why push him the rest of the way. DH and rest. Give at bats to a guy/guys who really could help. Carson is a 4th/5th OF. What, showcasing him for a trade? (eyes rolling)

    Look for Florimon/Escobar to play some games at SS/2B respectively as well.

    Might as well trade Hicks.Twins don't need a CF with a cannon throwing arm with speed and xbh/obp power. Have Ben Revere, and that's enough.

    Hurray! Casilla's slap-hitting successor makes his Twins debut tonight. I can't wait for get-away day lineups that include Escobar(2nd) Florimon(SS) Carroll (3B) Butera © When you "emphasize defense" with slap hitters like this, is it any wonder the Twins only have 55 wins, and will lose over 90 in back/back seasons? Sano has no hope in this org. Gardy will freak over his D and leave him AAA to rot.

    Walker has power. Patience will be needed w/Swings and misses. DJ Hicks has size, power,too. Rory Rhodes is entering a make/break year. Too much time missed again after sent back to Eliz

    Dozier was given the Death Mark for arguing about the play w/Gardy and saying he was right in public. Not bringing up Slama for a look is unintelligent. Arcia would only confuse matters if he was called up and hit well.

    9 triples, over 30 steals, some pop in the bat. Bring him up in September.

    Berrios should move into the top level of prospects in MN based on his work this year. 2nd really good draft pick from Puerto Rico in the last 3 years, Rosario the other. Some productive scouting done there.

    Rams and Morales just seem to muddle along in the under .250 group. Saw that Rams played a bit of LF this year,too. Morales had a good game Wednesday, but they've been few and far between. Danny Ortiz had a long dry spell, has been hitting better of late. Plenty of bodies that can play the OF in this org. You have Willians/Lin/Leachman in addition to Roberts, Rosario still can play OF,and then you have Buxton/Kepler/Jimenez/Rhodes/Hicks/HendricksWalker, and out of this group, older guys who should be given an opp to jump up to FM next year if they start well.

    Roberts is 23; should have been in FM. Needs to jump to AA next year early.
