    Twins optioned RHP Liam Hendriks to Triple-A Rochester. Hendriks gets the boot after giving up four runs over four-plus innings Monday against the Tigers. He now has an ugly 7.04 ERA over eight starts in the majors this season. Cole De Vries was called up from Triple-A Rochester in a corresponding roster move. Hendriks is so worthless atleast Cole can pitch.

    When the Twins pass KC they will be on there way. Maybe we can trade pitching coaches with the Phillies, there great pitchers stink worst than ours.

    Ugly. Hendriks allowed six hits while walking four and throwing 44 out of 81 pitches for strikes. He now has a 7.04 ERA in 38 1/3 innings through eight starts in the majors this year. Opposing batters are hitting .343 with 10 homers against him.

    Michael Cuddyer took care of business in Thursday's convincing win over the Astros, going 3-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBI. Cuddyer has been a terrific offseason acquisition for the Rockies thus far, posting a .282/.342/.500 batting line through the first two months. On pace to top 100 RBI for only the second time in his career, the right fielder should continue to see plenty of run production batting in the middle of the lineup.

    Dodgers recalled INF/OF Alex Castellanos from Triple-A Albuquerque. Expect Matt Kemp (hamstring) to head back to the disabled list in a corresponding move. Castellanos, 25, was acquired from the Cardinals last July in the Rafael Furcal deal. He's been absolutely crushing the ball in New Mexico, posting a .379/.476/.759 triple slash. Castellanos has some defensive versatility and has played all three outfield spots and third base on the farm before shifting primarily to second base this year. Who you rather have Carrlo or Castellanos?
