    IMO not many roster decisions should be made on spring numbers or "hunches" either.

    A problem I see with evaluating 40-man talent in August/September as part of a 6-man rotation, is that you learn what they can do in the context of 6 or 7 days between starts, which is not the context you care about.

    A guy they had just passed through waivers and could stash at AAA for as long as they liked. I realize there was an oversupply of arms for the available innings at Rochester. It baffled me then, and still does, that selling Worley for pennies would be the solution.

    I had this happen a few minutes ago. I think it was for an ad by a paint company (Sherwin Williams?), but by the time I located which window it was and scrolled back up to the top, the ad was just finishing squawking. I (or my mouse cursor) definitely wasn't anywhere in the vicinity of the ad when it started blaring. Often I have several TD tabs open in Firefox, making it hard to locate which one is the culprit.
