Worth noting on Rochester is that for their 6 remaining games, they have three two-games series' against the 3 teams above them. Good, in that, they control their own destiny. Bad, in that, they are playing all good teams.
Plus, even if Price walks, they will get someone's 1st round pick as Qualifying Offer compensation. Part of me wonders if Boston is in total tank mode so that they get into the bottom 10 records and get to keep their 1st rounder when they sign, let's say..... Scherzer. They'd give up their 2nd round pick, but they got Oakland's sandwich pick in the Lester deal.

Most likely Milone is only in AAA because a) he was already in AAA for Oakland b.) the SP whom he will be replacing on the 25 man roster is scheduled to start before Milone is available to pitch (since he pitched 2 days ago). Darnell pitches on Friday and Pino pitches on Saturday. Presumably Milone isn't available until Sunday.
