  1. I do a lot of indoor and outdoor rock climbing and sustained a shoulder impingement injury a couple years ago. I had to shutdown and received a lot of soft tissue work using the active release and graston techniques. Ice and rest were the biggest relievers. It took about six weeks and then another two or three weeks of easing back in. I'm nowhere near the athlete that these ballplayers are, so I'm hopeful on this one for Graterol. Then again, the climbing moves I attempt are nothing compared to throwing baseballs 85-100 mph 100-200 times (including warmups and throwing programs) every five days.
  2. Typical Twins fans ... Lose one game and start looking for someone to beat up on (Rogers, Astudillo, Diaz) ... Still the best team in baseball
  3. Anyone got any old Hader tweets and the ability to hack the Target Field jumbotron?
  4. F Baldelli for pulling Odorizzi at 5.1 ... I would have won 13-1, instead of 12-1 in fantasy this week!!! Just kidding, I'm sure he wants to keep him fresh to go down and dominate his old mates. It's so fun ramming the White Sox. Anderson getting his bat-flipping hands knocked out of the series was icing on the cake!
  5. My take is that Berrios navigated some extra outs and tough luck grounders until that luck evened out on a nice fielding play by his first baseman. He then went on to shutdown the Sox for 3.2 until his pitch count met a single when May was ready. Not shaky.
  6. Yeah, the Cubs had a way better drunk announcer.
  7. Twins sure are losing the inches game in this one.
  8. At least he isn't at 50 thru 2 like the other guy
  9. Way to go Polanco, Gonzalez and 1B umpire ... Pulling Judas Cradle to center of garage
  10. Choices: 1) Mauer bobblehead 2) Flight at Venn Brewery
  11. Target Field drinks your milkshake. It drinks it up!
  12. Remember when either Gordon or Gonsalves, but not both, was a position. It's funny how prospect stock changes.
  13. Yeah, the Twins are doing a good job of keeping the Judas Cradle in the corner of the garage.
  14. This is why the Angels are bad. Harvey - $11 mill (more than any Twins starter) ... That's on top of all the other bad contracts.
  15. Amazing!! We are getting the #$% spoiled out of us.
  16. Ruh, roh, Raggy!! Zoiks, a wild pitch!!
  17. We traded him to the White Sox? .... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
