    It's interesting to me. Being a scout may be harder than we think. Zebby is a huge guy, blazing heat, good off speed stuff. Then you have joe ryan or Radke, Greg Maddux, etc whose 'stuff' isn't remotely close. I'm curious what separates the greats......as i know folks on forum usually have all the answers :)

    Or as a package deal, include Joe Ryan for Nelson Cruz? I'll admit a funny post, but cheap shots are easy. i would absolutely take this team and prospects versus a year ago. Some work, some don't. oh, and no please on this Mason Miller deal

    I admire your Fedko loyalty. Makes me smile. (Not in a derogative way) I don't know that he will be around (the Twins that is) after 2026, but it would be a fabulous story if he makes it, and ur proven right. There is quite the logjam in the Twins OF but possibly theres a better situation elsewhere. its what makes baseball and the minors fun, attaching to a player and hoping it works. Personally im ride or die for Billy Amick. We'll see how that goes :)

    I believe minor leagues aren't a part of the union so yes they would, but if someone is on a 40 man roster they couldn't play. I may be wildly wrong though

    Haha. You gotta do what ya gotta do 1.)make negative statements about a 'young person' 2.)someone simply questions why 3.)response: "'you question me???? I'm ignoring you'' One could argue that's somewhat child-like (note, I did not say kid-like') but feel free to ignore away! I just happen to like big talent high upside guys. I liked McCarty and Stahoviak, sano and Ryan Mills. BW and Q Young happen to fit those molds. Does my opinion make me right? Heck no. But I'm open to discussing why. If ur not, it doesn't much impact me. Enjoy your day

    Good conversation piece, that Houston should be a part of also. With Lackey, Houston, Culpepper and Jenkins up the middle, flanked by Lewis, Lee, Keaschall and pick your 3rd outfielder (Buck) that's a potentially electric (and pretty cheap) team. Save the Jeffers $ and get more pitching.

    Holy negative post on every single level. If he holds his own in a league where he's 3 yrs younger than others he can only remain a low level prospect? And MiLB is better at development than college? Based on??? sorry someone called you a 'kid' at some point and it struck some odd chord, but it's not BW's fault. I've been called much worse.

    This. the number of folks on here acting as if they'd heard Spock's name prior to 5 hours ago is amusing. We traded a guy with a 5% chance to ever get 30 big league at bats....to raise the floor of the BP. Count me in as glad they are doing something with nothing

    Of course I laugh, because the simple ‘yes’ is so true….and have zero idea where I’d play him…..but since we all love baseball, it’s hard not to root for these guys dream to come true. And in fairness to those who wanted Fedko, it’s not like we were lighting the world on fire a month ago. But now… I don’t see too many ‘tryouts’ happening on the big club. Just give it 3-4 weeks :)

    Here hoping Louis keeps doing great, Roden can provide a spark, we keep winning and (;seriously) Fedko can get on the board. It’s fun to tease the guy, but hard not to root for him at this point. Nice win!

    Yes. If you win every trade within a year and draft perfectly, you generally find yourself in first. But hey, good start by Taj :)
