I removed the "qualified" filter from your fangraphs link and just sorted by WAR.

There were (48) players who had an fWAR of 1.0 or higher.

The 100th most valuable RP in 2026 was Taylor Clarke (Diamondbacks) who had a 0.5 fWAR (Eric Orze was 96th 🤮 )

Tommy Nance was 177th.

If instead I sort by xFIP (and apply a 30IP minimum), then Jeff Hoffman is 14th and Tommy Nance is 34th

What does this tell us? No idea.
But probably at least something like RP small samples lead to funny results.

There should be a definition for timed you sucked versus times you didn’t.   The relief pitchers have mostly small sample sizes and the mid level relievers will have any stats skewed by the you really sucked outing.

OK TP, put your MONEY where your mouth is.  Open up that war chest of money the Pohlad family put together through: Mass Transit, Bottling, Banking, and Real Estate and let the moths have a bit of fresh air while the wallet is thinned out !!  You will feel better.  That thick wallet you are sitting on throws your entire body off balance; thinning it out will restore your equilibrium.
