Twins Add Veteran Starter Germán Márquez On Minor League Deal

If the Twins decide to move Preliepp to the pen to finish up the season, This will end up being a useful signing.  If we need a starter to replace Ryan for a while, he will be a useful signing.  If we decide to add him to the pen, he will be a useful signing.  And if he does all three above scenarios, he will be a useful signing.  There is more upside for the team and 0 down side since he is in the minors.  If you don't like this signing, I question your rooting for the team.
