S Bart Verified Member Posted August 12 Posted August 12 Buxton has been the Twins centerpiece for advertising the Field of Dreams game. My guess is that he will play on Thursday. Will that mean sending down "Where's Waldo Jackson" or Roden? Church of Kreidler, Patzky and Peter 3

Road trip Verified Member Posted August 12 Posted August 12 Bullpen is reasonably well-rested. I think the leash could be pretty short for Zebby here. Patzky 1

Going against the Miz and you're just trying to catch your breath. Today, I really don't understand. Even in AAA, they play six games in a row. If you give Culpepper Sunday off, he would have only played 4 games in a row before a scheduled day off. I'm not sure what you're saving him for. He's not getting any additional glove work or batting practice as he still needs to be in the dugout. Vanimal46, HarmonK03 and Patzky 3

Sounds like Shelton is keeping him off the schedule since he's still pretty recently returned from the IL
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted August 12 Posted August 12 That worked out but I've seen enough of Zebby. Surely the blister is speaking by now.

The Great Hambino Verified Member Posted August 12 Posted August 12 Not sure which is the more surprising fun fact I've learned from the broadcasts over the last couple games: Twins lead the league in infield hits Twins are the last remaining team without a player that has struck out at least 100 times Church of Kreidler, RpR and Craig Arko 2 1

And if Buck immediately gets put back on the IL it'll be able to bypass the recent send down.
