Quetion about Joe Ryans fastball

As we all know Joe Ryan's Fastball is crazy good. It's one of the most effective pitches in terms of run value. But I want to figure out how to throw it so if anyone has a explanation or a video I would appreciate it if someone would Private Message me or post the video or explanation on this thread. Also if you guys have a video or explanation on how to throw his sweeper but most importantly His Fastball (4-Seam).

I wish I could provide some video but I can't, but it looks almost like a straight 2-seamer with more movement. Dives away from both righties and lefties. Nasty to say the least.
