For the first time since 2017, the Twins made a selection in the Rule 5 Draft adding RHP Iverson Castellano from the Phillies. Castellano is the Phillies reigning Minor League Pitcher of the Year. Did the Twins fleece a pick from them or will Castellano fall into a bullpen mop-up role?
