Thoughts on Justin Topa

He's been rehabbing for a while now and the velocity is still down. What are people's thoughts on him yet coming back and helping this team this year.

I'm personally doubting it since the velocity is still down. Something doesn't seem right there. I know he's coming off any injury, but after rehabbing for a while, it just doesn't seem to me that progress is being made. It'd be awesome if he could regain at least some of what he brought in relief last year. Just looking for what others thoughts are on here.

Just saw the article myself. Stands to reason there was something wrong. Too bad because I was kind of hoping deep down that he could still help down the stretch. Looks pretty dismal now.
