Mine? Retired after 30 years in management, I am interested in staff development and back stories. Here are some who might tell theirs:

• Ed Sprague, Dir of Player Development, Oakland A's. 8 years at the helm. The draft is one thing; development is totally another. What is their philosophy and how do they put legs under it? 
• Will Collins, VP, Player Dev, Tampa Bay. Reason? See above. Love to throw about 3 questions at them and let them roll.
• Joe Madden Maddon, former mgr at Angels and Tampa Bay. Just finished his book and loved his integration of "gut/instinct" with data/information. Joe Maddon would be right up there on my list too. And if you ever do meet up with him I'm sure he'd appreciate having his name spelled correctly.
