Linkdog05 Verified Member Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 With the new midwest locations for almost all of the Twins minor league affiliates, I was hoping to do a Twins road trip this year of four teams, four leagues in four days. With the minor league schedules just released, I found three stretches where this is possible and makes sense for travel purposes: June 18-21 (Fri-Mon) Wichita-Cedar Rapids-St. Paul-MinnesotaJuly 4-7 (Sun-Wed) St. Paul-Minnesota-Cedar Rapids-WichitaAug 6-9 (Fri-Mon) Wichita-Cedar Rapids-St. Paul-MinnesotaI'm eyeing the August dates personally (as a Nebraska native I like starting in Wichita), but it would be fun to turn the road trip into a group event. (For those who want to get really ambitious, Fort Myers is also home on June 17, July 3 and Aug. 5) Anyone else planning to hit up all the new affiliates? Squirrel Community Moderator Posted February 18, 2021 Posted February 18, 2021 I've been meaning to try to get to a game in Cedar Rapids for years now. I live in Chicago, so it's not an impossible drive for me ... it's always an issue with time and work ... difficult for me to get time off in the summer until the back half of August. Welcome to TD!
