Only the great Francisco Liriano could have his contract with the Pirates on hold with a RIGHT arm injury. If the Pirates can wiggle out of this mistake of a 2 YR deal they would have to be blessed.

 

They would be better suited making a deal with the Dodgers for a couple of their extra starters like Chris Capuano and Aaron Harang. (Good thing Terry Ryan has his rotation set with his off season additions.
