Pretty good flick, great how Hooper brought the stage to the more in your face screene. Crowe isnt as bad a singer as some reviews suggest.

I'm a huge fan of the live stage version but I enjoyed the movie too. I thought it was really well done and the singing was quite good overall. I agree Russell Crowe wasn't great but I didn't think he was terrible. Anne Hathaway was amazing. It was worlds better than the movie version of Mamma Mia- that show was an insult to Mamma Mia fans anywhere. People think Russell Crowe was bad? Every time Pierce Brosnan opened his mouth it was just painful...
