The Twins log their 6th shutout as a club, 5th at home, yesterday in a 5-0 victory capped off late by a mammoth 469ft missile by Alex Avila. Tonight the Twins and the White square off with both of their aces, Lucas Giolito and Jose Berrios, set to toot the rubber.

Storylines
1. On paper yesterday's game did not look like a pitcher's duel but it ended up being great performances by both starters. Today, the paper clearly points toward a pitchers duel as the ace of each club toots the rubber for game two of the series,
2. In Chiacgo's last 14 games they have scored over 4 runs only 3 times. And the last time Chicago lost to Minnesota and had a chance to answer this season they beat the Twins 9-2 in Chicago, so expect a hearty pre-game preach from Renteria to try and light a fire in Chicago.
3. For Twins fans, Twingo will be returning Saturday and Sunday if no winners on Saturday.
