Prospect Spotlight Video: Jordan Balazovic

[Tom Froemming]

Jordan Balazovic is in one of the groupings I'll be writing up for our midseason prospect list. I put together a quick video of some highlights to include in that piece, but figured I might as well share it with you all now. Make sure to be checking back in with the site as we unveil our list.

Balazovic should be #5 prospect in Twins system behind Larnach. I don't expect anyone in the top 5 to be traded this season.

I'd have him above Larnach.

I'd have him above Larnach.

I have no problem with that. I think MLB ranks him lower than Larnach. Twins should save as many pitching talent as possible. Jax and Enlow might have a bright future as well.

I am confident he'll rank higher than Graterol this winter by most publications.

He's tightened up his delivery since last year. His curve ball and wind up reminds me of Josh Beckett back in the day.
