Jordan Balazovic leads the Twins' minor league system in strikeout rate, but do you know who is second (min. 20 IP)?

 

It's Austin Schulfer. The Cedar Rapids right-hander has struck out 34.1% of the batters he's faced so far this season. A 19th-round pick in 2018, Schulfer is way under the radar, but let's take a quick look. This guy is a fun pitcher to watch, check out this quick video I whipped together over at YouTube:
