I just checked in on the winter league stats at mlb.com. Two Twins have already logged 75-80 PA: Astudillo and Arraez. They are both raking in Puerto Rico:

 

Astudillo - .338/.393/.432

Arraez -    .413/.444/.543

 

I'm not surprised these two are still playing every day. Old-school ballplayers.
