I know this doesn’t belong here, but I didn’t really see a contact webmaster link. I figured this was the quickest way to get it seen. Just as long as someone takes action, I don’t care what happens to this post. Having pop up issues, big time. It’s not my phone, because it only happens on this site. It’s usually right away when I click on my icon to the homepage. I’m not sure what can be done about it, but it is truly annoying.

They won't Brock, you have been trying to fix this for years now and it never gets better.

You should just offer up premium subscriptions that have zero ads.
