Curling

I can't be the only person who has gotten into curling in the last few years. Who else is excited to watch the Olympic teams play? Anyone else play curling at a home club somewhere who is also a Twins fan? There has to be plenty of us out there, right?

 

Little background; my wife has been a curler for about 5 years. I'm finishing up my first season in the next month or so and it's been a blast. I started curling because my shoulder is shot and townball/pitching is done for me. That said, I don't know that I've found a more enjoyable sport/activity than curling to play other than maybe golf, but it is really fun.

 

Who else out there is into curling AND baseball? I play at Frogtown in St. Paul, but there are plenty of other clubs in the upper Midwest. Maybe a twinsdaily/curling get together could be had if there is interest?
