Looking for new owners for longterm Sim League

Figured this was a good place to ask for new team owners. I'm in a 30 team keeper Diamond Mind Baseball (DMB) simulation league based on real life places using ZiPs projections.  It's an in-depth league meant for more of the die-hard baseball fans as teams are constructed of 40 man rosters (25 man active as well as 15 MiLBers) with a salary based system that mimics current MLB rules (3 years of control and 3 years of arbitration before free agency.  Additionally there is a draft, free agency, trades, waivers, real life injuries, etc.  The league has been going on for over a decade but has had a few open spots of late.  If you're interested please message me.

Well I'll be in town next week 28th-4th, working at the new clinic and looking for a place to rent.  LOL, It's not that big of a commitment, slightly a little bit more than my yahoo fantasy baseball league but does help building the team's future if you know MiLBers and draftees.

I'll be staying with my cousin in the Mt. Tabor area while my office is in the Hollywood District.  How much ya looking for for the apt, location, and dog friendly?  The Portland area was great for renting when I was last there a decade ago and it's gotten a little worse since then.  I figure I at least got an edge over most, Doctor, over 750 credit score, own a house already, guaranteed job/income (headhunted from across the US).

 

Only working part days on Tues and Thurs let me know!  You got a favorite pub spot around town?
