I didn't like the outcome but I did like Rosario forcing the Rays to make the play.

Don't mind the attempt, but the execution was poor. You have to go a lot sooner than that.

I like that baserunning by Rosario with a .200 hitter at the plate.  Throw was way off line and if it rolls 4 inches he scores easily.  If you wait to be sure the ball gets away you blow your chance.  That was the Twins best chance to score in that half inning, and both were well below 50%

Too bad it wasn't a called double steal. If Rosario had broken home with the throw he'd have scored.

I agree. He didn't break until the ball was at second base.

He wasn't even that far of the base. Should have been moving towards home...

 

As long as the 2nd baseman has no clue he's cheating up the line.  Otherwise assuming a good throw to 2nd he doesn't even try to tag Buxton and easily picks Rosario off third

The broadcast team is to blame for that run. Showed a stat of how the teams is leading the league with the fewest errors. Cue up Kepler with the whiff on the double to allow the runner to score from first.

Okay, that was excellent by Gibson. For whatever reason, shook off the error by Kepler and got Longoria.

This is standard for Mauer. Infield to the right, outfield to the left.
