New Layout on iPad (mobile) version?

Wish I would have taken a screen shot last night because it's back to normal this morning.

 

Instead of the red banner on top showing Articles, Forums, Blogs, etc. there was just one button on the right hand side of the screen. Turned out to be a drop down menu showing notifications, forums, articles, etc.
