ESPN.com story on Lachlan and Alex Wells

They are twin brothers from Australia. Lachlan will start the season with the Twin High-A affiliate (Ft. Myers) while Alex will start the season in the Orioles' Low-A affiliate.

The article talks about their sports life before signing (cricket), their decisions to sign and everything else. Very well done.

Good quotes from Mike Radcliff on Lachlan.

The internet still has Lachlan at 5-8 163 while his Twin brother is at 6-1 190

I hope Lachlan's page just hasn't been updated.

Having seen and talked to "Squints" last weekend, he's around the 5'11-6 mark now.  Good kid, very smart, he can definitely carry on a conversation.  Even though he might not have the most explosive velocity or stuff, he shows plus on the pitchability scale, control of three pitches and above average command (makings of plus) and is cerebral.

Any idea if Lachlan will still be considered a starter or not? He pitched in relief tonight and to me it doesn't make sense as to be honest he is more of a starting pitching prospect than Ft Myers starter tonight Derrick Rodriguez.
