According to mlbtraderumors, Santana if he was made available could bring the most return, ranking somewhat below Quintana.  Of course that would hurt this year, but he could bring some assets(probably more than Dozier at this point) that would really help down the line.

If he pitches decent he'll have good value at the deadline. Good enough to start a postseason game.
